Governor Kemp has officially presented his work-driven Medicaid plan to Georgia. The details of which require individuals to work and/or volunteer for up to 80 hours a month. Kemp said the goal of this was to create a “conservative reform” and not give a “free handout”. Critics and supporters alike have begun to chime in on their thoughts. Detractors do not believe the guidelines will cover enough people, while fellow conservatives believe it will be overall beneficial.
